Post 16 Transition supports young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities to stay in education, employment or training until the age of 18.

All Age Autism

Surrey County Council (SCC) are always looking to improve the lives for people with ASD living in surrey. In order to do so they have created a survey to capture a glimpse of what it is like to be an adult or young person living in surrey with Autism or someone that support them. The hope is that through this survey SCC can gain a better perspective on how to help improve services going forward! Have your say!

Serious Youth Violence Survey

As part of a multi-agency task finish group, representatives from Surrey Police, Office of the Police Crime Commissioner, as well as Surrey County Council’s Youth Offending, Community Safety and Public Health teams are working to develop a strategy and identify priories to address Serious Youth Violence across Surrey. They aim to receive responses from young people about youth violence in Surrey by asking you a few questions.
